I ordered a part and only found out afterward that it was backordered. I’ve ordered similar parts from other places before, and they usually let me know right away if something isn’t actually in stock. This time I had to keep reaching out for updates, and the replies were vague. It was frustrating because I really just wanted clear information before they took my money...

I was ready to assume the discount code wouldn’t work, but it actually did. Saved a little on my order, which was a nice surprise. Checkout was straightforward too, so no complaints from me.

"I ordered from Redline360 after going through..."
I ordered from Redline360 after going through the fitment and specs on the product page, everything showed up exactly like it was listed. I’ve definitely blamed stores before when parts didn’t match, but in this case there wasn’t really anyone to blame because the info was clear and accurate.
The install went smoothly since I wasn’t stuck guessing or hunting for missing details. It was nice to order parts online without having to email someone first just to confirm the basic stuff.

They did end up fixing the issue with my order, which I appreciated, but the whole process felt slower than it needed to be. I had to follow up a few times to get updates, so it wasn’t exactly smooth, if that makes sense.

"Parts were okay, support could’ve been better"
I ordered a few parts and everything seemed normal at first. The site was easy enough to use and the parts themselves showed up fine, so no huge complaints there. I did have a question about fitment though, and after waiting a while for tech support to get back to me, the response I got was vague. I ended up having to piece most of it together myself. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I was definitely expecting a little more help.

"Return worked out, but updates could be better"
I had to return a part because it didn’t fit quite right. The return process did work in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would. From the lack of updates, I kind of assumed things had stalled, so I ended up emailing to check what was going on. To be fair, they replied and got everything sorted, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the return status was a bit clearer along the way.

the site was easy to use overall. The filters made it simple to narrow things down, but checkout did feel a little slow toward the end

"Refund took way too long"
I ordered from redline360.com and ended up needing to cancel, which should’ve been straightforward. The refund took way longer than I expected, and I had to keep checking in and following up more than once. What made it worse was that some of the responses made me feel like I was being talked down to for asking about my own money. Maybe they do process refunds eventually, but it really shouldn’t drag out like that. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I probably won’t order from them again.

"Canceling was way too frustrating"
I tried to cancel my order soon after placing it, and it was way more of a hassle than... I don’t even know. Replies took a while, and instead of getting a straight answer, I just felt like I was being passed around. Definitely not a great experience, and I wouldn’t order from here again

"Lost Trust After a Poor Support Experience"
I reached out to customer service with what I thought was a simple question, but the replies I got were short and didn’t really answer anything. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of me instead of helping. After that, it’s hard to feel confident trusting them with anything going forward.

My order seemed to just sit for a few days before it actually shipped, which made me a little nervous since I like to keep a close eye on timelines and avoid any delivery issues. It did eventually move, but I would’ve felt better with an update sooner.

"Cracked at First, But They Fixed It"
My spoiler showed up with a crack from shipping, which was obviously not exactly the exciting unboxing moment I was hoping for. I emailed them some pictures and, to their credit, they got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement without turning it into some huge ordeal. Stuff happens, I guess, but at least they handled it the right way.

I went on Redline360 looking for parts for my car, but the selection was disappointing. A bunch of stuff was either out of stock or just not listed at all, so I spent way too much time clicking around for nothing. On top of that, the whole experience kind of made me feel talked down to, like I should’ve already known what was available or where to look. I’ll probably just try other sites next time.

I ordered it because it said it was in stock, then shortly after got a backorder notice. My first reaction was simple: don’t say it’s available if it isn’t. Frustrating experience.

"Better packaging than I expected"
Got my order from redline360 and the packaging was better than I thought it would be. The box wasn’t all beat up or anything, and the parts had a good amount of padding so nothing was moving around loose inside. Everything showed up clean and in one piece, which was a relief considering how these things can go sometimes. Happy with it overall and I’d probably order from them again.

Checkout was easy and went through without any issues. I did find myself being a little cautious with the shipping options though, because they weren’t as clear as I’d like. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t accidentally picking something more expensive or slower than expected.

I really wanted this to be a total win, the quality was decent overall. But then I noticed a few marks on the finish, and that kind of stole the spotlight. Not a disaster by any means, but definitely a little disappointing.

"Easy exchange, just took a little longer than expected"
I ordered the wrong size part from Redline360 and realized it a couple days later when I went to install it. I started the exchange process that same week, and the form was straightforward. Support got back to me about a day later with the return instructions and what I needed to send back. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the shipping both ways took longer than I was hoping. Once the new part finally arrived, it was in good shape and fit like it should. Overall, it worked out and I’m happy with the purchase
